We want every majlis we make to stay in place for years. Here are our terms, plainly:
Ready pieces
- You can return or exchange a piece within 14 days of receiving it if it is unused and in its original condition.
- Message us with the order number and we arrange a collection from your home (the collection fee is the same as delivery), or bring it to the showroom in France.
- We refund the way you paid within 7 days of the piece reaching us.
Made-to-measure majlis and pieces made to order
They are made to your size and in your fabric, so they cannot be returned or exchanged once the drawing is approved and making has started. We send you the drawing and the swatches to approve before we begin.
If a piece arrives damaged
We repair or replace it free of charge, delivery included, whether it was ready or made to measure. Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and send a photo of the damage.
