From your room's size to a finished majlis

Every room has its own walls and doors, so we draw the majlis to its exact size: the number of seats, the seat height and the fabric colour.

Al Sadu · a traditional craft

A weave made row after row

Al Sadu is the weaving of the desert: wool and hair spun and woven on a ground loom in stripes, triangles and diamonds that hands have kept generation after generation, inscribed on UNESCO's Intangible Cultural Heritage list in 2011. We choose our majlis and cushion fabrics in its patterns and colours: red, black and camel.
